May not be within 50 miles of an existing Chapter without the Mother Chapter’s permission.
Must submit a formal request to the Mother Chapter. Including proposed Chapter name and list of proposed Members, including their names, phone numbers, and addresses.
Must have and maintain a minimum of five Members.
Must serve minimum one year as a probationary Chapter overseen by the Mother Chapter.
Submit minutes of all meetings and runs within two weeks to Mother Chapter Vice President during probationary period.
